Groups at St. Thomas
St. Thomas Anglican Church gathers for worship regularly on Sundays
We also meet throughout the week for formation in community
About Our Lent Community Groups
Lent Community Groups are made up of individuals and families that gather together on a weekly basis for a simple meal of soup and bread as well as group discussion. Discussion centers on the sermon and worship service from the previous Sunday and ends in a time of prayer for one another. Many people are currently in a group that is continuing from the fall. If, however, you were not in a Fall Group or your schedule has changed/need to change groups for any reason, please click the link above and fill out the form to be assigned to a group. Lent groups will begin after Ash Wednesday and run for 6 weeks until Easter.
Would you like to host a group?
Hosting is separate from facilitating a group. Although some hosts do facilitate groups as well, it is not required. If you want to learn more about hosting, check out this guide and reach out to Deacon Tex Bagley: tex@stacathens.org
